Terms of service: Sheets Calendar Sync
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply to the Sheets Calendar Sync add-on (the "app") made by Stacix ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. The app
The app syncs rows of a Google Sheet with events in a Google Calendar you own. It is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will say so on this page and in the app before charging anything, and nothing you already use will start costing money without your agreement.
2. Your data
Your spreadsheets and calendars stay yours. The app processes them only inside your Google account to provide the sync, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the content you sync and for having the right to change the calendars you choose.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, to send spam invitations, to overload Google's services, or to try to get around its limits or security.
4. Check before you sync
The app shows a preview of every change before it makes it, and keeps an undo history of the last 20 syncs. Please review the preview, especially the first time and on calendars other people rely on. Undo can't restore events or rows that were changed again after a sync, or anything deleted outside the app.
5. Availability and changes
The app depends on Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Google Apps Script, which Google may change or limit (for example daily quotas). We may update, change or stop the app; if we stop it, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on this page where we reasonably can.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, events or profits. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (for the free app, ₹0) or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for a breach of section 3.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that can't be waived.
