When you write, please include what you clicked, what the preview or the error said, and a screenshot if you can. Please don't send us your spreadsheet: describe the rows instead.

Common questions

The menu isn't under Extensions. Reload the spreadsheet. If it's still missing, check the add-on is installed under Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons.

Events went to the wrong calendar. Use Undo on that sync in the panel's History, then pick the right calendar under Settings and sync again.

A row shows "Deleted in Calendar". The event was deleted in Calendar. Sync again to remove the row's link, or clear the row's Sync ID and Event ID cells to create a new event.

I can't edit an invitation. The app only writes to events on calendars you own. Invitations from other people are shown read-only.

Does the app send my data anywhere? No. It runs in your own Google account. See the privacy policy.
